Registrations are now open for the
2009 Queensland Community Climate Summit!
The Qld Community Climate Summit seeks to bring together passionate individuals and groups to create a strong community-led climate movement in Queensland. The Summit is the key meeting space for climate action groups in Queensland, and will provide a unique experience to help craft a Qld community climate network. Come and help make this a key event in the history of climate mobilisation in Qld!
When?
- The Climate Summit will take place over the weekend of the 25th and 26th of July, from 9am to 5pm.
Where?
- The University of Queensland, Brisbane, in the Innes Room of the Student Union Building. The summit will take place on the lands of the Turrbal and Jagera peoples. We pay respect to their elders, past and present.
Who can register?
- Registration is open to groups and individuals who are interested in community-led action on climate change and would like to contribute to the creation a community climate network in Queensland.
